Garlic Bread

Ingredients
Serves 2
  • 1 baguette
  • 100g Cultured Gold
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • A small handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Cultured Gold with the garlic and parsley. Season lightly with sea salt and black pepper and stir until fully combined.
    Alternatively, add everything to a small food processor and blitz briefly, which is quicker.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut deep slashes into the baguette at an angle, slicing almost all the way through but keeping the base intact. Gently open each cut to create pockets.
  4. Spoon the garlic Cultured Gold mix generously into each cut, pressing it down so it sits inside the bread rather than on the surface.
  5. Place the baguette on a baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until the bread is crisp and golden and the butter has melted through the crumb.
  6. Serve immediately.
