1 jar Nettle Sumac Chilli Mint Fermented Cashew Dip
A drizzle of olive oi
A pinch of sumac or chilli flakes (optional)
Method
Heat the flatbread in a dry pan or warm oven for a few minutes until soft and lightly toasted. Cut into wedges
Slice the cucumber into spears. Trim the radishes and carrots, leaving them whole or halved depending on size. Arrange with the cherry tomatoes on a serving plate.
Spoon the Sumac Chilli Mint into a small bowl. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sumac or chilli flakes if desired.
Arrange the warm flatbread alongside the vegetables and dip, and maybe some olives if you like!
